CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that services once subscribed cannot be canceled and no refund to that effect can be made. Since nationalkidsschool.org.in is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the service is subscribed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon any subscriptions at our site.

CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL POLICY FOR NATIONAL KID’S SCHOOL (TM) (REGD.)

We recommend you go through our FAQ page which provides basic trouble shooting help to our customers.

1ST: CUSTOMER SERVICE:

You can contact our customer service team either by calling our missed call number 8585-99-4455 or write to us at nationalkidsschool.org.in with your queries, complaints related to our product /website or any other issue related to the product subscribed by you. The Customer Service team shall address your query / complaint or concern within 7 business days of you contacting Customer Service team either by call or email.

2nd: CUSTOMER SERVICE ESCALATION:

If for any reason your query/complaint or concern has not been addressed within the promised timeline or you are not satisfied with the response provided to you by our Customer Service team at 1st, you can escalate your query/Complaint via email. You can provide a detailed email as to the reason for your dissatisfaction or just mentioned no reply from Customer Service. The email should be addressed to nationalkidsschool.org.in escalation and we will respond to you within 7 business days of you writing to Escalations.

3rd: GRIEVANCE OFFICER:

If your query further remains unresolved after 7 business days of you contacting the CS escalation, you can then escalate the issue to the Grievance Officer. You can write to Grievance Officer - Mr. Vivek Singh at, nationalkidsschool.org.in grievance we will revert back to you within 4 business days from the date of receipt of your email communication to the Grievance Officer. You call on 8585-99-4455 during office hours Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 4.00 pm for any of your query/com.
