India’s National Education Policy 2020 was presented by Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokharial Nishank national and Information Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javedkar on 29 July 2020. Earlier, the National Education Policy was implemented in 1986, in which some changes were made in 1992.

In 2020 a new curriculum was introduce in all maintained schools in India. At Jobraj memorial active schoo we chose to begin the process of planning for the new curriculum not with academic coverage, but with the child. We believe that the child should lie at the heart of the curriculum, and that everything we do should contribute to the full and rounded development of every child, as well as the acquisition of new skills, knowledge and understanding.

At staff were involved in choosing a set of CORE VALUES – attributes and behaviors’ that we want to help everybody at Jobraj memorial active schoo  to develop during their time at the school. We believe that these behaviors’ will help children to become better lifelong learners and make Jobraj memorial active school a happy and supportive environment for learning.
